Order Preparation

All orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order has been prepared, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Delivery Times

-Europe : 5 to 11 working days after dispatch

These delivery times are indicative and may be extended during periods of high activity (sales, holidays, promotions) or due to logistical constraints beyond our control.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link to follow your delivery.

Delivery Costs

-Delivery is free for orders over €50.

-For orders under €50, shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout.

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is correct and complete.
Any error or omission may lead to delays or the return of the package.
If you wish to change your address after placing an order, please contact us promptly at support@thiamecollection.com before the order is shipped.

Delivery Delays

Although we make every effort to meet the announced delivery times, certain external factors (customs, carriers, weather conditions, etc.) may cause delays.

Lost or Damaged Packages

-If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and include clear photos of the package and product.

-If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact our support team as soon as possible.
